I cancelled an extended warranty. The refund amount was sent to Max Ford and they have been sitting on my money since 02-13-2026. As of today, March 17th, 2026 they will not return a phone call or email. My next step is turning them into the Attorney General and Missouri Department of Revenue.
Hands down best dealership experience I’ve had. Bought a new Wagoneer at a great price that needed some recall work several months after purchase. The team sent a driver down to my house (2hrs away) brought me a loaner car for 2 days while they not only did the recall work but also rotated my tires, rebalanced them, reset my electronics to work out a few bugs and changed the oil. All free of charge. Super communicative, so helpful. We’ll be back.
The staff at Max Ford of Butler went above and beyond to help me when the transmission went out of my truck and one couldn't be found, they found me a new replacement truck within the payment amount that I asked for and took my old truck off my hands. I couldn't have been happier with the great service and sales from Zach and everyone at Max Ford . Scott
I have always used Max Motors for my oil changes, and recently had my actuator replaced so the air comes out of the right places and my door sensor replaced. They have always done a good job and everyone is always friendly. I have also replaced my tires and battery there as well.
