Admittedly, this purchase was in Dec 2017, but it still hurts. When I test drove the car, I was instructed by Jay to stay on the industrial estate. When I collected the car and drove it home, I realised why. Once I got to national speeds, the rear end was hopping all over the place. I immediately pulled over and called Jay asking to bring it back. He said the rear tyres were a bit low and to just get some new tyres. That 90-mile drive home was the scariest I've ever had. Everything from the accuracy of the website, to the post-sale parting handshake and all steps in between have been exceptionally professional, helpful, communicative, courteous and genuinely friendly. I can’t thank Jay and his colleague, Matt, enough for such a smooth purchasing process. Love the ‘viewing by appointment’ element; a first-class touch that afforded 1-to-1 attention and dedicated patience. I know where I’ll be buying vehicles from in the future. It’s a no-brainer. Thoroughly recommend.

I knew just by looking at the pictures on the website that it was the car for me, traveled over 130m to view, car was in the doorway waiting for me, let me test drive without question, Jay was more than reasonable regarding my part exchange, deal done including private plate retention, road tax for both vehicles and my payment done in just over one hour and i was on my way home in my new car. Definitely worth a 5 review.
