Disrespectful, unprofessional, not licensed, no customer service knowledge, poor time management, under qualified, no sense of responsibility, poor customer service, no sense of urgency, low quality product, and just a shitty experience overall. Never go here.
I have a G-Shock gulf master gwn-1000 which I had for almost 10 years. I needed the battery changed and changed it once a while ago. I came in the shop and asked for a service. One guy brought another so I showed him the picture of the battery which is a CTL1616 rechargeable different from the regular CR1616. The guys said yeah and took my watch so I followed and brought to another store. He gave my watch to another guys and he started opening my watch. I will have to see how it holds up, but for now they copied a fob with buttons to a much nicer fob at the same cost as I would have paid for a replacement
