Absolutely amazing staff with the most patience I’ve ever seen with a difficult 3 year old who does NOT like to sit still. We will travel to this location time and again (we live 40 minutes away) Edited to add: Jessica was his stylist and she is the best!!
I had an appointment with Lalia for my daughter at 4:35 PM, but the haircut didn’t start until 4:45 PM. I understand she was working alone and the child before us was taking longer than expected, so the delay itself wasn’t a major issue. What was disappointing was the lack of professionalism throughout the appointment. My daughter left the salon covered in short clipped hairs on her shirt and pants. This place is an amazing place to get your children's haircut the staff is super friendly and very experienced they made my daughter feel like a princess!!!
Took my 3 year old daughter here for her first hair cut and couldn’t be happier! Laila took such good care of my daughter making sure she was comfortable throughout wash, cut, and blow dry. She even did a special braid with my daughter’s favorite color of glitter at the end which was a big hit. The salon provided a first hair cut certificate with some of her cut curls attached in a bag which was so sweet. All around amazing experience and just the special first salon adventure I was picturing for her first hair cut!
All New staffs not as kid friendly as the old staff. Laila out style was getting annoyed with my 3 year old because he would slightly move.. again.. hes 3 repeatedly telling him to stop moving in a rude manner and pushing him back instead of redirecting and destining. A children salon should never bring that type of energy. its sad my child had to experience such rude behavior during a haircut.
