Diane at the Hanover location is an amazing person. My son is on the spectrum and haircuts have become a challenge for him. She was patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire ordeal. I so appreciate her. 💕
Took our son there for his first haircut and they were amazing! Kept him entertained, did a great job, and even gave us a little certificate at the end
Big thank you to Kendall and Shaelyn who helped a helpless mom make her kids dance recital dreams come true with the most perfect high buns (with glitter of course) for her showcases. Recommend all the staff here they are wonderful.
I usually don’t write any comments but after two last times being so shocked by the lack of empathy and understanding of this place, decided to share my experience. My son is 8 year old special need kid and we went 4 times to this salon to get a haircut for him. This place was recommended by our neighbor so we decided to follow this recommendation.
