Staying at a VRBO property, there were issues with A/C not working on a very hot day. And of course, it was Sunday. Nevertheless, Tyler of Max Mechanical arrived and resolved the issue quickly (it involved damper controls in a zoned system). Despite crawling about in a very hot attic to fix it, he did it with grace and humor.
Max Mechanical is amazing. They are very quick to respond. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon and they had someone here Monday morning first thing. They also are great afterhours. 5 stars!!!
Spoke with Gabe at Max Mechanical that helped with a cooling emergency- he was very responsive and set up an appointment quickly to fix a leak then to change the thermostats. He kept me updated and very professional! The technician Kian arrived on time to install thermostats and was very knowledgeable about the wifi thermostats and how the unit cools related to insulation and the unit ton rating. Great job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
