Fantastic customer service. I purchased a replacement mic cord for my B&G V50 VHF a year ago and it recently cracked. I contacted Max Marine and they did not hesitate to replace it, even out of warranty, explaining that they have rarely seen a failure of their replacement cords.
I recently contacted Max Marine Electronics after my 20 year old Raymarine C120 wouldn’t come out of a repetitive boot cycle. I was planning to buy a refurbished one from them, but first decided to ask if they had any recommendations for how to get my current C120 back up and running. They responded with a number of steps to try, including how to do a factory reset without the machine functioning properly. It worked!
