Great staff no hassle walked in an out with a new car
Called at 3pm for a service appointment, lady on the phone took my name and number but nobody got back to me. Called again at 3:30pm but the lady who answered the call was rude telling me that the wait is more than 30mins to schedule a service appointment. It’s 4:15pm now and I’m still waiting for a callback. The dealership closes at 5pm!
I had the most wonderful experience at Preston Mazda.
