I feel like generally insurance agents are sleasy or want to take advantage of you, but as soon as I met Brad, I could tell that I could trust him. When I asked him about why he was recommending a specific insurance, he said that they have not liked their interactions with one of the other options when filing claims and that the other option cost more and had fewer benefits.
