Cleaning and washing appear to be excellent. HArd to review before wearing again. It appears you put a delivery charge in one of the hanger groups. That makes me wonder if you have raised the rates. Wish you would list it as a delivery charge, since that is what it is. Tim Rouse
My customized suit got replaced it costed over 2k grand or so and then you wonder why people would leave this country for another but what do I know anyways, I would suggest any one to just buy your own things on Amazon and you can clean your own suit, this has taught me a valuable lesson so thank you for the experience, everything has to happen once for you to learn, we learn everyday hope you all have a great day and God bless you
