I wish I had asked her name but the lady working the Dundee location deserves a raise. She was so nice and helpful, had a sunny attitude that just made me smile. She took her time with me, gave me options, recommended the service that would save me ‘some change’ and made sure to give me all the info on what to expect. You just don’t experience that kind of service anymore. They’re lucky to have her, I hope they recognize that and treat her well! Also my clothes were done within 24 hours and looking great.
I can’t believe how fast the processing is, 24 hour return is huge! Lillie is the best! She is extremely pleasant & knows my name when I come in! 50th & Underwood & Lillie is the best!
