Our AC condenser quit. They found the refrigerant charge was low, fixed it in the morning, and the house cooled down fast.
Getting a summer AC tune-up before the hottest months was definitely worth it. The technician cleaned the unit, inspected the key components, and made sure everything was operating properly. The system has been running more efficiently since the service, and I’m very pleased with the results.☺️
This company went above and beyond by helping us navigate all the complex state and manufacturer financial incentives available for our equipment upgrade. They filled out the majority of the technical paperwork for us, ensuring we received every single dollar we were eligible for. Their deep knowledge of these programs saved us thousands of dollars on the back end. Truly exceptional customer service!
Max Household Services Inc. performed an AC tune up and made a few minor fixes in a single visit and saved multiple appointments in the process, leaving all better off.
Replacing a full system sounded stressful, but it was time to do it. Max Household Services Inc. managed the entire AC installation process smoothly and clearly. They communicated well, handled the details, and made the experience far less stressful than I expected.
