After moving to Peabody as a young single woman, I was very particular about who I hired. Dan and his team were amazing, professional, and fair from start to finish. From the woman who answered the phone to Dan himself, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. I couldn’t have had a better experience and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
They did an excellent job replacing our old central air system. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was easy to work with, responsive, and professional. The installation was done promptly and at a fair price, offering good value for the quality of work. The team made sure the system was running perfectly before wrapping up. Highly recommend.
Dan the Man is truly the man! He saved me last HOT spring when I was home alone with a newborn and the A/C wasn’t working. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He got my system up and running in no time! Not to mention I had a super jumpy puppy that was all over him and he was wonderful with him. Big dog guy, big family guy! Will only use Max Plumbing going forward.
