I was having issues with my AC and thought it was the filters and then when I realized it might of been something else, I called and they sent someone out as my digital reading was saying AC isn't running, poor air quality, within an hour they had someone at our home. They went over everything within the AC units and before they left came back in to make sure everything was running again and the Eco thermostat was running as well. Absolute 5-star service! I highly recommend Max Heating and Cooling for anyone needing reliable HVAC help or AC repair. They were super fast, incredibly friendly, and fixed my air conditioning perfectly. Their pricing was very reasonable too. I will definitely call them for any future heating and cooling needs!
NOT RECOMMENDED. I wish I did not fall for a good talk and went with other proposals. The central air system they installed has had multiple issues and they are not responding to questions and repair requests. They are not even knowledgeable on the specs of equipment they recommend. Find another HVAC company.
After moving to Peabody as a young single woman, I was very particular about who I hired. Dan and his team were amazing, professional, and fair from start to finish. From the woman who answered the phone to Dan himself, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. I couldn’t have had a better experience and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
