I had the pleasure of having Marshall from Max heating inspect a leaking water tank in my basement. He was courteous, professional, and thorough in addressing all of my questions with patience and clarity. Although I didn't mention it explicitly, he respectfully observed our cultural practice of removing shoes before entering the home-a thoughtful gesture that didn't go unnoticed.
