Don’t go if you expect them to respond to you after the visit. I have been going for 20 years and this last year has been the worst. They don’t respond to your requests to fill prescriptions and now I’m 3 weeks late on taking my meds.
I am having the same issues as Steven. The last several prescription refills have not gone as planned. It used to be perfect but lately I have had to actually go up to the clinic to resolve my issues. I called in for a regular prescription and was told that the doctors would be out the rest of the week and that I would have to wait for them to return, however, this was not a prescription that requires sign off each time.
