Lack of communication on initial diagnosis and with staff not knowing what was done in surgery. He is still really great, though.
Dr. Hansen and his staff are amazing! I just had a gallbladder removal and it was so nice to not be rushed to leave. I was in a lot of pain and couldn't really move. The kindness I received from them was out standing. They made sure I was 100% comfortable before I left and they called me a few times to check in on me. Great bed side manners! If I need anything done in the future and its up Dr.Hanses alley, I will 100% be going to him. Thanks a bunch for everything!
