Highly recommend not renting any property from this company. You will be sorry!
Expect patch work. No water. No heat, no electric at times and the landlord not to care. Do NOT rent a property from them! People moving out in large numbers, high rent raises for ZERO amenities. Can’t wait until I move out. Soon!
Wish I could give zero starts. I live at the Rivera. Every “fix” is a bandaid, 1 elevator for at least 15 years the other one has no worked. But there are about 55 units in the building. The rent goes up every year but the owners of it do nothing to keep up with the inside of the apartments. I have lived there 5 years and they can’t even paint correctly. Paint from the walls constantly falls creating a mess. One night I was sleeping and a large, sharp piece of paint fell hit my neck causing a scratch. What if it hit a baby? ... read more
