The receptionist who takes the applications and speaks on behalf of Mr. Gurwicz, well she is truly the definition of miserable. This woman had me come back three separate times requesting different paperwork to submit with the application and once I brought her everything she asked for she took 10 seconds to flip through it and say “No, Mr. Gurwicz will not rent to you.”.
