If this is the same Maxx foundation that did work in Danbury I would have chosen -1 .not a man of his word .
I had my mobile home raised for one foot higher to meet FEMA regulation, Max Foundation raised to two feet. I am happy and thankful for that extra foot. The job was done in 2020 during Covid. Unfortunately, last year the hurrican knocked two of the outer columns down. I have yet to contact them to repair yet. I remember them promised that it’s a lifetime warranty.
Max Foundation came to my home location and showed professionalism throughout the whole process. I was always updated if anything occurred or information was needed to be relayed pertaining to the process. This company finished in a timely manner and even cleaned up my yard to where it's not even noticeable. I would refer anyone to get their foundation done and I would give more stars if I could. Thanks again Max Foundation.
Prompt service! They came out for the free quote the afternoon I reached out then fixing our house the day after that! My wife is so happy she can close the doors again in the house. Quality job from a friendly team!
I have been dealing with this company for over 8 months on a life time warranty. I was first told they were voiding warranty because it should have been a one year warranty all though it states life time warranty. Then I was told it was because the previous owners did not preform additional work on the underside of the house they had told him to do. He told me they never told him no such thing.
