Went there to look at a 2018 Ford Edge and Steve made it a super easy and stressless process. Would 100% recommend working with these guys!
Please don't buy gap insurance from these people unless it's payed aside of your monthly car payment. Purchased a maverick and before I signed anything was told I could cancel a temporary gap purchase from them and my monthly payment would go back down to what it was before I added it by just calling up and letting them know. Very very helpful. Everyone was very nice. Went to see if they had a part and they did but could only put it on another day. The problem with that was I dont live in Richmond so I had to leave. Im still giving them 5 stars because of the service
