Worst used car buying experience I've ever had. Less than 48 hours after I bought a 2019 Nissan from Max the car begins to turn off while idling. We bring it to Max and they tell us to take it to Briggs because Max isn't able to fix the problem but Max will pay for it. Tell Max it's $1,500 to Briggs to fix it and now all of a sudden Max can fix it. Now I'm out $150 to Briggs for the diagnostic and a bunch of time moving this car around. If you like overpriced services then this is your place. $15/qt of oil is criminal. $700+ quote to replace rear brake pads and resurface rotors. They recommended we change the engine and cabin air filters even though I changed them the day before my service. Too much is wrong with this place. I will be servicing our vehicle somewhere else.
