I had a frustrating experience with this company. I reached out multiple times by phone and text regarding damage to work they completed two summers ago, but communication was very poor. Nicole often did not respond to messages, and although I was told Tom would come out to provide an estimate, he never showed up. It has now been over two weeks with no follow-up or update. Due to the lack of responsiveness, I chose to go with another company. I hope they improve their communication with customers in the future.
Max Flow Gutters did an awesome job! Professional, punctual, and the quality of work was top-notch. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable gutter installation or service!
