The gym itself is nice but its not easy to cancel your membership and they will often ignore the email to cancel the membership. Its a chain gym so all they care about is money. Unless you plan on staying at this gym forever, don't sign a contract here. Myself and several other people I know have had the same difficult experience.
This place has it all - great location, top-notch equipment, and fantastic atmosphere. The staff really cares about creating a positive experience for everyone. My only complaint is the family plan structure, which seems designed for smaller households. With a family of 6, I found myself trying to piece together multiple memberships to make it work. Many options to workout, friendly staff and a pool!
This place is uncooperative and money grabbers, its nearly impossible to cancel your membership. I knew this beforehand and was told to email them and notify to cancel 30 days before the next payment so this issue wouldn't happen in which I did. I also told them my reason for cancelling due to me not living in that area anymore which they seemed understanding, but I still keep receiving emails from them about paying my membership. Don't get me wrong, the people and the place there are nice but I'm sick of getting harassed ab... read more
