I paid over $200 for a sweater that did not come fully seamed. I had to return it to have it finished. They finished the work. It is a nice sweater but whenever I wear it I feel bitter that they did not refund me the shipping cost I incurred in sending it back to them. Maybe it was only $10 or $12 dollars, but they should have reimbursed me. Their work is costly and their customer service was grudging.
