Max Custom Blinds did a fantastic job installing 4 large blinds with light blockers in our company's main meeting room. Michael provided a competitive quote, clear communications, and friendly service. After encountering a small issue during installation, he was responsive and made it right. I would recommend this company to others!
I recently had a disappointing experience with Max Custom Blinds that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, the issues were numerous and significant enough that I would not recommend their services to anyone. First and foremost, their communication was severely lacking. Michael is responsive, friendly, and efficient - we love working with him, and have used Max Custom Blinds to add motorized dual roller shade window treatments to all the windows in our new construction home. We had an issue with a hole appearing in one of our shades, and it was reordered from the manufacturer and replaced promptly. A year later, we could not be more pleased with the quality and value. We will use this company for all future window treatment needs.
They are fast, efficient, and affordable. They came out promptly to measure and show us all the various options to ensure we made the right choice. Their prices are more competitive than those of other stores. The installation was completed within a couple of weeks, and we couldn't be happier with the final result! Our sunroom is now much more comfortable
Really enjoyed working with Max Custom Blinds. Judy was our In Home Consultant, and she was extremely helpful and supportive. Their pricing was more affordable than other quotes we received, and their installation window and process was easy and smooth. Chris came to install the shades a few weeks later, and he was GREAT! He even re-hung the old curtains for us in a new bedroom just because! Super awesome folks, highly recommend. Also, our battery powered shades for the sliding door look amazing and we are OBSESSED.
