Really enjoyed working with Max Custom Blinds. Judy was our In Home Consultant, and she was extremely helpful and supportive. Their pricing is more affordable than other quotes we received, and their installation window and process was easy and smooth. Chris came to install the shades a few weeks later, and he was GREAT! Also, our battery powered shades for the sliding door look amazing and we are OBSESSED.
We had a wonderful experience with Max Custom Blinds! Michael was extremely attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We are very happy with the final product — the quality exceeded our expectations, everything was delivered within the promised timeframe, and the service from beginning to end was excellent. The shades are high quality ... read more
I’d been staring at harsh sunlight pouring into my living room every afternoon, so I booked a free in-home consultation. Mark showed up right on time, laid out swatches, and listened to my color doubts. He measured the windows twice and answered all my questions—no rush. A few weeks later, Anna and Luis installed the roller shades flawlessly, even trimming the edges to fit perfectly. Now the glare is gone, and my plants thrive. Every time I pull the shade down, I remember how seamless the whole process was—from friendly call... read more
My bedroom windows are in a tricky spot, so I had motorized roller shades installed. They work perfectly — smooth, quiet, and easy to control with a remote. It adds a touch of luxury but is also super practical and safer for me. Really happy with the upgrade.
