Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
