Had 2 issues with my account over the past few months (a name change and my card got jacked.) Both times the staff here were super helpful and efficient, didn't take more than 10 minutes either time and they were super friendly. Cannot recommend the crew here enough.
The teller was extremely rude. I come in with my brother in law to withdraw some money he was paying me back for. All she had to do was explain I couldn’t stand there but she was hostile to me from the start. After her rude comments I just said really and she automatically was refusing service to my brother in law. I walked away to try to keep things civil and to let my brother in law finish but explained to here how rude her comments and attitude was as I walked off.
