The new remote teller drive-thru feature is the most inconvenient experience of the 21st century. If I’m trying to assist someone with their banking who, for instance, doesn’t live locally, it is nearly impossible to deposit checks into their account. While I strongly support making it more difficult to withdraw money—perhaps requiring a more extensive verification process—why should deposits be so challenging? I really appreciate seeing how each team member remained hard-working, helpful, and friendly on a busy and short-staffed Friday! 🤩 I didn't even see them take a break during the lunch hour so everyone could be helped in a timely way. Special thanks to Breanna who patiently helped me refinance my car! She's amazing at multitasking and made the whole process smooth and easy. So thankful for her expertise and kindness!
