Bobbie is knowledgeable, responsive, and makes the entire process smooth and stress free. We've worked with him multiple times, and he consistently goes above and beyond for our family. It's a great credit union and I can always see someone quick. As far as I can tell, they have the best money market interest rates of anywhere else in the city.
Neglected to tell me my account was closed and took a check, saying it would post in three days, and are now making me jump through in person hoops to get my own money. Will not let you opt out of overdrafting.
Had 2 issues with my account over the past few months (a name change and my card got jacked.) Both times the staff here were super helpful and efficient, didn't take more than 10 minutes either time and they were super friendly. Cannot recommend the crew here enough.
