We are currently about 6 months into my daughters treatment and Dr. Couch and team have been exceptional. My daughter had nerves going into getting braces and they have the sweetest dog named Pete they allow to come in the room with your child if you feel comfortable. This calmed my daughter and she enjoys going to every visit to see sweet Pete! I haven’t had one bad experience here. Highly recommend!
Dr. Couch is wonderful and so is the front desk staff. However, his cleaning and back office staff not so much especially the one with 80's blonde hair. She talks about other clients horribly while other clients are getting their teeth worked on. They talk about how awful the kid's teeth are after they leave the office. How do I know this because my child tells me each time we leave. The one with bleach hair from the 80's is the worse and makes the moms feel horrible as well. We love Couch Orthodontics. Dr. Couch is awesome and called to check on my little one when her retainer had to be adjusted. The whole staff is fantastic, helpful, super friendly and accommodating. It is a huge relief that my kids enjoy going to the orthodontist.
