I want to say that Max Cool two weeks ago came out and helped us when our drainage issue in the ac caused our system to shut down in 96 degree weather. Rodney came out in a massive storm and brought air back to the house. He was was awesome (we were out of town and our daughter and friends were staying at the house). He came at like 7 PM, no extra charge for after hours! WOW above and beyond. Brandon with Max Cool AC was extremely professional and took the time to properly diagnose and solve the issue without rushing. It genuinely felt like he had a personal interest in getting everything resolved for me. I was very satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend him.
We have a Home Warranty plan and they sent out MAX AC Cool. Our experience with MAX Cool AC was wonderful-from Ana setting up the service call, to our techs, Brandon and Darrel. They were in constant communication, prior to the appt and were on time and comfortable to be around.
