The technician that came to perform the service was on time and friendly. Communication was excellent. The electrical issue was traced and repaired quickly. The unit is up and running well.
Brandon from sales is not competent for a $10K job. 1 week late it returning the estimate and it was in complete. To confirm the estimate, and meet with the remainder of the team, an appointment was setup up on Monday and confirmed on Thursday for Friday, plus the email confirmation. Brandon was no show. 2 phone calls and an hour later I received a call back. His response was there was no appointment and he had other things to do today.
