I felt very welcomed by the sales staff after purchasing a car and look forward with buying another vehicle through the upcoming future.
They do not fulfill what they offer and just so happen to shred documents where offers were noted. Not good business. Salesman offered discount and manager did not aprove so they took it away. They are rude. Recommend shopping elsewhere.
I bought a brand 2500 truck and they told me they would detailed it for me and when they delivered it to me it was dirty. I was very disappointed

Purchased a vehicle at the beginning of July, had the car almost a month while continuing to get calls and needing to come in to change the paperwork. Paperwork was finalized and sign 3 weeks after receiving the car then a week later they called and said paperwork was never finalized and they needed an extra 5,000 down or the car back. Wouldn’t work with me at all the new managers were rude and had no customer service skills.
