They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect
