After moving into a house that had been empty for several years, all seven rooms, two staircases, and the hallway carpets really needed a deep cleaning. The carpets were very old and had a lot of stains, and we had no idea what caused them. Excellent service! Erick arrived right on time and took a look at all the carpets before getting started. The price was almost exactly what was quoted to me over the phone, which I really appreciated. The van was clean and looked very professional, not old or beat up. They did an amazing job getting out a tough stain from our upholstered chair and sofa. I have used Max Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning many times. With 4 dogs and 7 kids in my last rental home in Bolinas, including a Basset Hound with oily skin, my carpets really took a beating. Jonah was able to get all the dirt and odors out, leaving the carpets fresh and clean so you couldn’t smell any pets.
