I just wrote a long (bad) review due to a disturbing experience I had with a salesman named Luis at the Covington location. However, I am editing it now and informing whoever sees this to not buy a trailer from a salesman named Luis. Find another salesman to buy a trailer from it seems like his only focus is commission.
