Do not use , absolutely useless, had house for over 12 months , couldn't sell , had court orders giving her full control , cost alot of money giving her full control , she still couldn't organise, stay away if she can't sell in this situation what hope if she has to negotiate?
I Have been renting for around 7-8 years and have been through many agencies, this is hands down the most hands on and helpful agency I have been with. Deb personally helped us find a rental that was suitable for our needs when I was heavily pregnant and needing to move urgently as we were almost due! She is extremely efficient, personable and lovely to deal with. I would recommend max brown in Croydon to any renters or landlords looking for a trustworthy agent.
