Over 8 months of house hunting, Max Brown have taken the top spot as the most unprofessional and dishonest real estate agents we’ve encountered. They repeatedly misled us face to face about how they handle multiple offers and when offers would close. At times, they couldn’t even provide a clear or consistent answer. Do not use , absolutely useless, had house for over 12 months , couldn't sell , had court orders giving her full control , cost alot of money giving her full control , she still couldn't organise, stay away if she can't sell in this situation what hope if she has to negotiate?
I Have been renting for around 7-8 years and have been through many agencies, this is hands down the most hands on and helpful agency I have been with. Deb personally helped us find a rental that was suitable for our needs when I was heavily pregnant and needing to move urgently as we were almost due! She is extremely efficient, personable and lovely to deal with. I would recommend max brown in Croydon to any renters or landlords looking for a trustworthy agent.
