My real estate booked this company as their preferred cleaner. They told me the cost would be $480, but they have invoiced me $680 with no communication prior about the “concerns” leading to the change in charge.
I booked these guys for a full bond clean. I was told to leave the keys in the letterbox as they would arrive at 730 am. I waited at the property all morning, they turned up at 1045 am instead of 730am. The house did not look like it had been cleaned by professionals at all. The oven door was still filthy, the dishwasher wasn't even touched at all. The bathrooms and toilets still had hair and soap stains. None of the door tracks had been touched. WOULD’NT recommend them at all, booked in months advance came to the day before I needed my house cleaned, didn’t bother to let me know that they were running late, tried to call didn’t bother answering, texted them got a reply back saying they will be there after lunch, came to the time they say they were gonna to be here, didn’t turn up, so my partner had to call them, then texted saying they were gonna come later, told them don’t worry about it. Never again
