I get parts quicker from here than my local BMW Dealerships. I ordered some stuff on Friday and had it on Saturday. With a bag of M&Ms
I was very clear when I visited the showroom about not being able to buy any motorcycle until next year. Ray didn’t care, he showed me all the options I had, took his time to explain the differences between the models I liked and he even gave me a tour through the whole building. Bought my first motorcycle from them, Kyle made the whole process so easy. Test rode a couple of motorcycles on demo ride day and was sold on R1300GS. Kyle from sales and Austin from parts go above and beyond to offer complete amazing service to their customers. Kudos to the entire team.
From the first bike 🏍️ I bought to the one I am on now (I have purchased 3 from them) I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and quality service. Many times you will see Max himself working on bikes which he certainly can afford not to.
