It was over an hour ride to bring my bike for service but well worth it. They did the 18000 mile service and it was completed in just a few days. I picked up the bike and to say I was impressed on how the bike performed is an understatement. The bike rode like it was brand new. I’m not sure what motorcycle magic they did but I highly recommend getting your BMW motorcycle served here.

MaxBMW is like Disneyland. The showroom in New Milford is full of amazing old and new pieces. I ended up buying 2 vintage bikes, they took care of all docs, shipping and also adjusted and upgraded some parts tailored on me. The customer care (thanks Zac & Max) is usually great for a big dealership. The pick-up van service to NYC is also very helpful.
Recently picked up a 2025 BMW S1000RR, and I can confidently say this bike is an absolute beast in the best possible way. The performance is jaw dropping.
