NO LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I’ve been going to Max Auto for the last several years. They recently ordered a part for me to get exchanged and sat on it for about a month. I told them that I needed to save money for the next couple weeks and will contact them soon to set up an appointment. I called today to set my appointment because I’ve been SAVING ALL WEEK, and they tell me they’ve SENT THE PART BACK.
