HWA warranty assigned this company. They came out and diagnosed a failed control board. During the process of reassembling the unit to wait for the part and come back out and reinstall the unit started functioning again. The technician told us to contact him when it stopped working in order to replace it. So 5 weeks passed and the board failed again and instead of making good on the promise to resolve it, max appliance repair refuses to do so because it's was 1 week outside of their 30 day period
