Thank you to Fahd and his team for a great experience from start to finish! We replaced an HVAC unit from 1988, and the entire installation was completed in just one day. Fahd also coordinated with the electrician needed to finish a small part of the project, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I’ve almost never seen Fahd from Max Air on a 75 degree sunny afternoon. It’s usually 18 or 105 degrees Fahrenheit, pitch dark, raining or snowing, and there is HVAC mayhem afoot, due to a failing component in our system (it’s not a Max Air system though). Regardless, his demeanor during the whole process is always pleasant and helpful. The time from initial call to completion is quick and the work is performed correctly, without fail. In 4 years and multiple calls, I am always happy that we selected Max Air.
