I had a frustrating experience with Peter, the lawyer, due to his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. His urgent attitude and accountability were noticeably lacking. There was a significant issue where an employee at Belleair Title mistakenly mailed the loan package to the title company(themself) instead of directly to the buyer for signing.
