UPDATED REVIEW: The attorney for the office called me after the transaction and went above and beyond to support and took ownership for some of the miscommunication throughout the transaction. Highly appreciated This title company came recommended and I had not worked with them before. There was a lot of confusion during the transaction as there were many points of contact and we didn't know who to talk to. I had a frustrating experience with Peter, the lawyer, due to his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. His urgent attitude and accountability were noticeably lacking. There was a significant issue where an employee at Belleair Title mistakenly mailed the loan package to the title company(themself) instead of directly to the buyer for signing.
