Our family had an amazing time bonding by bowling and aracading together at Mavrix. Ages 3-12 and adults had the best time. Server Nic was super attentive and GM Sean was so accomodating. Worth the drive from East Valley.
Was really wanting to play pinball, last time I was there they had a decent number of machines. As far as I can tell, they added more bar space near the bowling alley. The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful, it was quiet at the time. We had a nice little chat about 80's era video games. Pinball arcades are disappearing, the best I've been to are the Electric Bat in Tempe and Player One in Surprise.
Went to go use a 2 hour gift card I had. Apparently they got baught out and don’t honor it anymore.. no where on the card is there an expiration date. $60 down the drain. Mgmt had nothing to say but shrug his shoulders. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Overpriced crap food and overpriced game play now that they got rid of time play.
Today I went to Mavrix and I must say this place exceeded my expectations. Great atmosphere clean environment with the vibes. If you’re a bowler that enjoys a great cocktail food this is the spot . Bartender Justin and manager Sergio are the best.
