Pipes not capped. Shower corners grouted instead of caulked. Uneven bathroom floors. Many more issues I believe to be from development but not transparently and objectively clearly wrong from the outset. Such as water membranes not diverting water correctly below showers. Improper sizing of AC units (seemingly the smallest AC unit for the size of home ever recommended). Cheap paint that shows every scrape and scuff. Poorly sealed exterior doors to patio. No heat shield on fireplace. Etc etc. Still can have a fully functional... read more
