I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes for the first time today and was really impressed! Christine helped us out and was so friendly and helpful she made the whole process easy and stress free. This is a great place for women to bring their cars in for service. Everyone was welcoming and professional, which made me feel comfortable right away. I went in for valve stem and TPM they took care of me within 10 minutes excellent reviews for them Ricky the manager with outstanding
Highly recommend coming in and getting your vehicle serviced here. The manager Rick was amazing, had an issue with the valve stem on a tire. He got me in. Got it fixed and got us on our way. Thumbs up all around five stars.
Today on 13 of September I came to mavis tires & brakes on this location and the manager from the place named Rick was very kind with me and helped me with all the problems on my tires , I’m really thankful for all his help and all of her kindness , this is definitely the perfect place to come if you have a problem❤️ I’m very happy with the service I got today, thank you Rick for all of your help today❤️
Upon entering I was not even acknowledged which is insane because a Hello takes 1 sec and is free. The rep couldn’t plug my tire due to policy that I plugged it before so they wanted me to buy a whole new tire! The tire was just bought a month ago! 🤦🏽♀️ left with no help and in the end did it myself. Definitely need more training in customer service
