I’m writing this review for the whole staff of Mavis but specifically for Mike and Christine. I had a bad experience with another local shop that was supposed to be family owned and cared about customer service however, after paying for the services, we found an oil leak That was being caused by a pinched O-ring while that may not have been a huge deal. Had an oil change and alignment done, 4 new tires. I had a valve stem leak, but they were able to take care of that, I have a bent wheel, so it's not their fault in my eyes.
Mike and Christine were awesome! I had an issue with one of the tires and they took care of it immediately! This place is great!!!
