Had a 10 am oil change. At 1130 I am still watching for my car to be finished. I go back over there from the coffee shop and guy says oh they still working on it. I wait and watch 15 more minutes and still no one touches my car so I go back to the guy at the counter and I say no one touched my car in over 30 minutes what's going on? Excellent customer service! I came into Mavis Tires & Brakes because I was having an issue with my tire’s valve stem, and Camilo, Jodo, and Jesus took care of it for me completely free of charge. They were professional, friendly, and didn’t hesitate to help me out. I really appreciate the honesty and great customer service. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs tires or any type of service. Big shoutout to Camilo, Jodo, and Jesus for taking care of me!
