Always a fantastic experience when I visit this Mavis (Perkasie). My #1 go to when I have car/tire probs. Special kudos to Colleen, Dan, and the other dude who went out of their way to help me! Thank you!! Quick service, extraordinary affordable prices and great vibe there. They were quick and thorough getting my tire repaired and happily getting me back out on the road.
I made an appointment for an oil change here. I guess I don't know what "appointment" means in this context, because they didn't work on the car for almost three hours after the time. Your first reaction to that would be: "Oh I bet they were busy!" They were not. Even if they were, three hours past is still excessive. I asked for full synthetic (higher mileage vehicle) and was charged for full synthetic. Spoke w/ Dan, could not have been Nicer and more helpful! Explained my circumstance at 2:35p on a Saturday with a nail in my tire, asked if he could offer me either repair/replacement option. Dan said “bring it over in an hour, at (3:30p) and we’ll look let you know if it can be repaired or will give you a replacement option”…That Is first rate customer service, customer care! I highly recommend this business!
