I stopped by Mavis Discount Tire after noticing a slow leak in my tire, and they quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve stem. Do not go here. The manager is anything but friendly. I bought tires 2 years ago, they have not even 10,000 miles on them and all 4 tires have to be replaced. I was told they came with a manufacture warranty that is not being honered because of a bad alignment that THEY did. Wouldn't you think they'd inspect the tires in question? No. They just stayed inside debating their case. I actually left and called their customer service because I did not want to deal with the manager. My daughter had gotten a flat tire so I took it over to Mavis. Dan answered the phone and was very polite and helpful. I took it over and met with Colleen who was just as friendly and helpful! She helped me get the tire out of the back. She called me when the tire was done a little while later and told me it was just the tire stem and didn’t even charge us for it!
