The worst customer service slow as a snail had first appointment for oil change took them 4 hours to do!! Someone called me said it would be done in15 minutes went there and sat there for another hour no one touched the car! It sat in the lift for 4 hours tires off and no one touched it !! I went home and 45 minutes later they called me ! Also lied about needing other parts in my car to try and get more money out of me!! Will never go there again!
They were able to get me in last minute and get me out fast! Great quick and easy service, I will definitely recommend them and take my vehicles there for service!!
If i could give them more than 5 stars in would. We were traveling home from Apopka and the car started making a scraping noise. It kept stopping and starting and we stopped at Mavis on 207. They checked out the car and found a clip had come off the wheel well. Fixed it and didn't charge us. They were so nice and helpful.
Great customer service! Got me going in no time!
