My family started going to Mavis when they opened the St Augustine location. Our experiences has always been top notch. Team member Cordell takes great care of our needs and always listens to any concern we might have with our vehicles. We met the GM today and also the Regional Manager. Thank you all for addressing our needs and going Above and Beyond for us. We sincerely appreciate the exceptional experiences that we have had so far and we highly recommend to our Friends and Neighbors. Thank you so much!
Went in for oil change and tires. No upselling, timely service and knowledgeable employees. I highly recommend them for your car needs.
The assistant manager helped me purchase tires and tire sensors. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and immediate attention to my needs. The service was great I was out of there in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. And they kept me informed. The only thing I can say they are at the mercy of their vendors. And I don't blame Mavis tire. They now are my go to tire place and I will recommend that to my friends and family. Thank you for doing a great job.
