Great service, really nice and helpful staff.
Had a wonderful experience at this Mavis location today. The lead mechanic was helpful and nice. And the store manager was great. As a girl I’m always afraid to go to mechanics but myself because I think they will try to overcharge me and create problems. I’m happy to report this was NOT the case. They worked with me about what I could pay. Would definitely recommend going there. I was in and out with a couple hours. The lead mechanic was fast but efficient 😊
Awful. Tried overcharging AND took back a discount he said he would give me as well! Not to mention the hidden fee after all the other fees. Took almost 2 hours from the time the car was being worked on to put on 2 tires! Could see the mechanic slugging around doing nothing the entire time (he could see me watching thru their waiting room windows- probably shouldn’t have those! Lol). I’ve had 4 tires done within 15 minutes multiple times. Blew out a tire nearby so was towed had to use them in a pinch; never again.
I have been here several times for tires, brakes, and alignment. They have been very consistent, fair, honest, and helpful every time! Today I had an issue with my nozzle on my tire that gave me a flat and they took care of it efficiently!
