We had an extremely disappointing experience with Mavis, both at the local store level and through corporate customer service. We purchased Mavis All Season tires that carried a 60,000–65,000 mile warranty. After only one year and approximately 11,000 miles, the tires were already nearly worn out. Another shop royally screwed up the alignment on my daughter’s car and refused to fix it. Didn’t even have the correct specifications for her vehicle. Went to this Mavis to see if they’d correct it and the crew was awesome. They were personable, professional, timely, and sympathetic to my problem. The car drives much, much better now.
I have to say Maggie at reception was incredible. She really took the time to explain the cost and steps. I have been to a few different mavis locations over the years but this was by far my best experience. The service was really great the got me in and out in a reasonable time as well. Will be making this my regular location.
