The employees at the counter were very unprofessional. I was trying to get a tire qoute but I guess they weren't interested in selling tires?
Mediocre at best...went to have my tpms sensors replaced, and while they were replaced with genuine gm parts, I was told they could not get them to register on the vehicle. Needless to say, went to the Mavis store up the street and had them run the tpms scan tool, and ta-da, it registered without issue. This is my second poor interaction at this location. The tech refused to listen and swore me up and down I had the wrong parts, but I told him this was the new revision from gm and he pretty much told me that Iwas wrong and I... read more
