Quinn and Jared are truly Amazing!!! I was working Amazon Flex in Hillsborough NC when I blew my tire. I googled the nearest tire shop and by my surprise Mavis Tires and Brakes were 3 miles from where I was. I attempted to drive my truck to the shop, and while I apologize for the traffic jam I caused on NC 86 , I urgently had to get a tire. Upon my arrival at 5:58pm on a Tuesday!! Generally , Unprofessional work done here. Just recently changed my rear brakes and rotors and the next day I notice several deashboard break lights showing up including Abs and electronic parking brake light that would not engage so the next day, I brought it back to mavis to get it checked and fixed,but mavis claimed it's not their responsibility. I asked them to plug it up to a computer and try to see what's going on and possibly fix it ,so they did and couldn't figure out how to fix it ,saying I should go and check with ... read more
