Worst customer service EVER. Daughter in law has a flat in a brand new Bmw suv. I take the tire up there in the back of my truck and she follows on the spare. New tire is $700 and she says order. This is Saturday and new tire will be here Monday. Guy would not let me leave the tire and wheel so I had to come back Monday with it, when I arrived, same guy same story can't leave bc our power was out this morn. Every light in the place was on. Reggie was great very helpful super friendly! They let me know I had the wrong size tire on my car done by another shop locally they got it fixed for me in a timely fashion with smiles on there faces I highly recommend mavis tires in tifton to anyone !
These people are amazing! The manager was efficient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth. I was given clear guidance on what was needed and felt fully prepared every step of the way. I’ll definitely be sharing my positive experience and will absolutely be back!
Reggie was amazing! He provided excellent customer service and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, and my tire has been working perfectly ever since. I highly recommend him and the team!
I came to purchase 4 of the same tire… they are so dumb They ordered me three of one size and one of a different size then when I came a week later To get my rotation These folks refused to do a rotation. On the tires they sold me because one was a different size It is YOUR FAULT WITH YOUR SPECIAL EMPLOYEES… duh!!!
