Recently moved to RI from NYC and am so happy I found a good mechanic provider to keep my car running smoothly. Kurt at the front as well as Sarah are both incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Kurt was able to squeeze me in and ordered my tires (I have a weird and unique size), followed-up by calling when they came in and again squeezed me in for the tire changes. Excellent and quick personal service– call them when you make an appointment. Had an issue making an appointment online but everybody I talked to there and on the phone was very helpful, the service hit all the marks. Worked with Melvin's Smithfield location for years before Mavis took over, and the people are just as great!
