Went to have new tires installed on my truck that i purchased from tire rack, had a 1pm appointment, was there for 12:30, they took truck in removed all wheels around 1245, at 145 I was told they cant mount my new tires because tires i purchased are rear mount, and that there machine are not up to date and will ruin my wheels. Was there for 2 hours and never got my tires put on. This was my family go to place for alignment and tires, never again!
