Sarah at the front desk with glasses is quite odd, she asks for your name just to say she has the same name and then says just kidding. They only have 1 tech so it’s over an hour wait. What kind of business is being ran here.
Sarah at the front desk spends more time talking to the techs rather than allowing them to work. Seems everyone is standing around at the front while customers wait.
