When the competitor informed me that they couldn't perform a four wheel alignment on my vehicle, I called Mavis Tire in Hickory, NC and Joey told me they could take me right in for an alignment. Wheel alignments and new tires often go hand-in-hand, so why not choose a business that can perform both jobs?
Jonathan and Arron were a big help today and plugged my tire. They were fast and nice.
I called to get a mount and balance, they quoted me a price then I drive over there and tell me they don't have tire lol. Buuut they have this other tire that happens to be not $65 like they quoted but $ 120! Plus they said they still had to add valve stem recycling etc etc. When i had already asked them the total price. Ridiculous! Such a waste of time. The manager wouldn't even look at me lol.
Lady at the front counter was AMAZING!! The work was fast and they took really good care of me. Would definitely recommend! 10/10
Always a pleasure working with Joey and his team. They always are personable and do a great job!
